It is located near Gardiner, Washington and spans Contractor's Creek, which emptiness into Discovery Bay. Gardner Road Bridge received the 2002 National Timber Bridge Award.

5 Unit Apartment Building in Seattle Located on a 60 x 120 foot lot, this five unit apartment building in Seattle, WA was designed with half the building cantilevered to provide room for parking.	Tin Bridge The Tin Bridge, located near Pe Ell, Washington, was a historical preservation project. The bridge carried a water line access across the Chehalis River to supply the town of Pe Ell. The bridge was built with timber Howe Trusses and covered with corrugated galvanized steel.	Ferguson Building The Ferguson Building, an example of commercial building construction.
