Tin Bridge

The Tin Bridge, located near Pe Ell, Washington, was a historical preservation project. The bridge carried a water line access across the Chehalis River to supply the town of Pe Ell. The bridge was built with timber Howe Trusses and covered with corrugated galvanized steel.

I have different pricing plans for different needs.

Right now I cap my time and materials rate at $120.00/hr for local emergency/urgent projects without negotiated contracts. This price is subject to change as market conditions dictate.

I can provide lower rates for work that is not urgent or time sensitive, especially for local home owners working on their own residence. Contact me to inquire.
